thanks for all the information it really helps me with this installation, i restored a 66 and installed a Clarks electric fuel pump and didn't have any problem wit to much pressure

i am installing a Clarks electric fuel pump on my 63 monza and i have read where a return line was installed some times i am wondering if i need to install a return line because it looks like it might be hard to do and i really don't know how to do that

oil pressure relief valve
i have a 63 Monza and my oil filter keeps blowing the gasket out, i understand the problem could be the oil pressure relief valve, does any one know where it is located and how can i fix it , my manuals don't show it, i think it might be in the generator mount but i don't know what to look for

i am having a problem with oil filter not sealing, i have tried the wix filter and the Clarks filter and both leak real bad i had about 2 quarts of oil leak out in just a few seconds, i restored a 66 and never had a oil filter leak problem but this 63 i am restoring is driving me crazy. it doesn't ...

i have been searching on line but haven't had any luck, i checked Clarks but all they have is one that takes a Corvair filter with the center bolt, i would like the adaptor for a screw on filter because i am having a hard time getting my filter to stop leaking, i used the wiks and a Clarks filter ...

i just ordered a new filter and oil pressure switch from Clarks, i'll replace both and hope it will fix my bad oil leak because the oil leak isn't small it leaks about 2 quarts

thanks for the information, it isn't over filled with oil and it is a new filter from Clarks and it is tight, this is the second Corvair i have restored, i did a 66 with a 140 motor, i rebuilt the motor without any problems, i'll check the oil pressure switch, and maybe the new filter is bad i might ...
