There is a 1966 Convertible that has a 110, pg, factory air ( it works, cold air ) and 13 inch wire hub caps for sale near me. But it is a Florida car and has a good amount of rust. Probably a structure rust problem. He wants $1300.00 ( one thousand three hunderd )

A friend of mine had one of these on his 38 Chevy coupe. I think that the drive belts are hard to get. Sometimes he would run his without the belt. Afte he shut the engine off, the supercharger would coast down and would give a neat wooooo sound.

I had a Corvair just like this one in 1966. Two yars ago I decide to find one just like it and found this one in Kentucky. I brought it home, overhauled the engine and lowered it two inches. No options, not even a AM radio. Cost $2200 new.

Be sure your coil is good.
Check wires in distributer for connections.
Point gap
Make sure rotor turns when engine is being turned over
Use Corvair manual

I bought two u pipes from Clarks . Then I ordered two mufflers from Summit Racing, PN Sum-630122, and had the local muffler shop install them. He did a real good job of tucking them where they do not hang down where they could be seen. The car really sounds good. At least that is what all the car ...

Use a small battery. A garden tractor battery will work.

Kevin, I didn't know what to expect when I put the two barrel carb on my 110 hp. I thought , like you, that there would be a lag in the throttle response. Not so. It is like RIGHT NOW !!! I wish I knew how to put a video on here to show everybody. I am very happy with the two barrel. Just my 2 cents ...

I have a 66. What color is the positive batt cable.. black or red
