How much is it worth ?

There is a 1966 Convertible that has a 110, pg, factory air ( it works, cold air ) and 13 inch wire hub caps for sale near me. But it is a Florida car and has a good amount of rust. Probably a structure rust problem. He wants $1300.00 ( one thousand three hunderd )

Sounds pretty cheap to me. I think the A/C parts alone are probably worth that.

Convertibles are particularly susceptible to structural weakness problems due to rust. How do the doors do when opening and closing? Signs of rust in the door frames and hinge areas?

Are you capable of doing your own body and mechanical work, or will all work have to be done by body and repair shops? Is the car drivable? Pictures? Does the powertrain seem to be mechanically sound? Does the automatic transmission fluid appear clean on the dip stick. Is there a burned smell?

What are your goals and objectives if you buy this car?

I'd say that's a smokin' deal when you consider all the little tidbits that are included, especially the A/C, as was mentioned.

I saw it when it was not for sale. I am going to look at it again this weekend. I'll take some pics and look at it closely.
