If you want reliability. dependability and reduced maintenance, the Brown Gen2 EFI may be for you. The Gen2 uses Corvair Carb bases that have been converted to a TBI and closely emulates the original design of the Corvair fuel burn. We use an electronic coil that has been tried and true with years of production and is very simple. You get to keep your original air cleaners, distributor which keeps the engine bay looking fairly stock except for the Injectors on each side of the TBI. You can also use a DIS configuration if you want to eliminate the distributor concerns. Our units cost approx $1499 with a wideband sensor included, so all you add is the fuel pump and some fuel line.... everything else is included in the kit.
The website has more details and some pics of finished units. www.corvair-efi.com
