They are called clutch head. They quite often come is a multi set of bits. Here is a link to an ace ad for some, not sure if they are the correct size.

A small flat blade screw driver can often be used if they are not to rusty. Do not strip them so you can get a proper clutch head if need be,

Clutchhead screws were common on the FC's since GM's truck division was fond of them for some reason. Sometimes you find them in the cars.

Rumor has it GM originally used them to avoid paying a royalty on Phillips head screws - hard to say.

If you are not into factory correct you can replace them with the more common Phillips head used in the cars.

I seem to remember finding these screws in the Powerglide transmission also.

There are two types of clutch screw drives: Type A and Type G. Type A, also known as a "standard clutch", resembles a bow tie, with a small circular "knot" at the center. These were common in GM automobiles, trucks and buses of the 1940s and 1950s. Type G resembles a butterfly, and lacks the center "knot". This type of screw head is commonly used in the manufacture of mobile homes and recreational vehicles. The clutch head was designed to be driven with a flat-blade screwdriver as well as a clutch driver.
