This engine is kind of a mis match, it's primarily a 140hp parts motor, just has the original 64 casing, everything else I believe is 65 140hp parts

The block could be a '61 98hp, '62-'3 102hp or '64 110hp. If it is the long stroke with the 140 heads no problem there. The top of the barrels need to match the heads. So, if they are the 140 heads they would need the '65 and later barrels. People have used spacers with the earlier smaller ...

Engine Case code is T1216YN If im correct T is Manufacturer, its made December 16th, and its the 110 Case

I have a 64 Monza Spyder, bought the car with a broken Nose cone, Bought a new Re-man from California corvair parts, Worked fine twice than exploded the nose cone, Anyone got any tips or ideas on how to avoid this issue, or do I just need to stockpile nose cones

Id Check Facebook Marketplace for part outs, There is clarks, but also California Corvair club parts, and Summit Racing (all be it limited but there), and Oreilly auto parts has some nicer KYB parts

The old starter was completely burned out, and shottily rebuilt using epoxy, as well as a cracked nose cone, According to previous owner, Starter worked until one day it stopped
