Brake Pulling

Hi Everyone!
I've been doing some brake work on the 67 I acquired a few months, and I was hoping that replacing the brake hoses and wheel cylinders would eliminate the pull to the left that occurs when I brake, but unfortunately the problem is still around. Here are some facts/observations:
1. The driver's side rear locks up the easiest of all the corners, though I can't say that it is prone to lock-up any more than it should (i.e. it only occurs when I brake hard)
2. All the hoses are new, wheel cylinders are new, some of the steel lines are new, brakes have been bled (pedal is firm) - everything else is as I found it
3. When the emergency brake is on, the passenger side rear wheel can still be turned (with significant effort) with a wrench on the lug nuts, whereas the driver side rear can't be turned at all
4. The driver's side rear brakes had a lot of grease on the various metal-to-metal contact points on the shoes applied at some point in the past. Some grease had gotten on the edges of the shoes, with just a smidge on the faces near the edge. I removed all of the grease that was on the friction material. None of the other brakes had grease - could this be someone's troubleshooting attempt?

#3 tells me I need to tighten up the adjuster on the passenger side to make the e-brake effective, so I'll do that as soon as I can get to it.

Pictures of the brakes are below. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know if all the hardware looks to have been installed correctly since that can potentially cause uneven braking. Any thoughts on troubleshooting would be appreciated.

How are the drums? Oversize? Unevenly worn (1 thicker than the other?). Install a new spring kit on both sides of the rear...they are cheap and I have had spring kits fix this problem. Make sure the e-brake rear cables are free and fully releasing particularly on the drivers side.
