What is this piece called?

Going to weld in new floor pans soon and I need too change this piece from the front member of the car- basically the steel where the car is jacked up. Part is completely rusted through should be replaced to reinforce the area. Circled are in picture- picture is from the internet.

Can you help me by telling me what this piece is called and if I can find it anywhere. Checked in the Clark's catalog but am finding just body sheet metal. Can I find this part or will I have to fabricate one?

I know clarks have them for late models. listed at the bottom of floor pan page. Haven't looked for EM's
