Negative frontend camber

Post by mcgasman »

I have new springs and now my camber is way off. no shims left to take out. Wouldn't those off set camber bolts change the alignment of the front to rear wheels? Should i just cut a coil off the springs, then it would also set level.

I think we need more information - pictures would also be helpful.

How does the ride height look? If the ride height is 'normal', then there must be something else wrong. If it is now sitting higher than it should, then that might explain why you have run out of adjustment. If its too high, then it has probably exceeded the limits of the designed geometry. What kinda shape are the upper control arm bushings in?

All new front end parts. Clarks springs. I cut the holes on the lower control arm mount. This gave me room to pull the bottoms of the wheels inward, (more positive camber.) Now i'll take it for a wheel aglinment.
