Thank You to the Corvair Community

Post by Scott H »

I want to extend a huge thank you to each of you for contributing to the knowledge base here on this forum. I created this place to provide a modern, organized platform for the Corvair community, a place where we can gather and share the passion and wisdom that keeps these classic cars alive.

The Corvair community has been incredibly supportive. I have some really great friends because of this little car we all love and I am eternally grateful. This forum is part of my way of giving back to the community that has helped me so much. I’m committed to keeping this site running for as long as possible, and when the time comes, I’ll ensure it’s passed on to someone who values it as much as we all do.

Since the site is hosted on an unlimited account, there’s no need to worry about any of the information or photos disappearing. What you post here will remain as a valuable resource for future Corvair enthusiasts. I believe that what you share is too valuable to lose, and I won’t let that happen.

Thank you again for making this place what it is. :not worthy:

Believe it or not, I do appreciate the efforts of moderators as well as contributors on this site. Even I continue to learn from those folks that are far more knowledgeable than I. Thanks again.

I agree with Phil! We are the ones who need to thank you for all you do! Not just for this forum but all the other things as well!

Scott and his club are major contributors to the Toss and other Corvair car shows out here, they provided the double decker car hauler that has a giant side window to house all the raffle prizes at the Toss this year as well as all the pop-up shades and tables / chairs for much-needed shade at the eating area in the hot desert setting of Palm Springs.

Scott also made me some custom shirts for the Toss and the upcoming convention and loaded me up with merchandise at the Toss this year as well.

You sir and your club are unsung Corvair hero's in my book and your contributions to our hobby are greatly appreciated by everyone! :tu: :chevy:

Thank you, Scott, for developing and running this fine forum for us Corvair folks. if it wasn't here, the Corvair community would have been lost without any good forum to meet on to discuss Vair subjects.

Your Forum was in the right spot and working perfectly when others were floundering. I appreciate your hard work in keeping it going and managed so well.

Scott,

Thank you for providing this site! I joined here when I knew I would be buying a Corvair about 3 years ago. I have gotten help with a number of issues and have tried to help others when I had knowledge of their issues. Definitely a great community helping each other out.
