New owner
Hello to all my name is Allen Autrey and I am currently in the Navy and stationed at Charleston South Carolina. I am from Georgia originally and I have just recently bought a brand new, to me, 1962 Chevy Corvair Monza. Currently planing a trip in about two weeks to return home in “her”. I haven’t decided a name for “her” yet, as it is normal tradition in my friend Group to “name thy car”- shipmate. Any good name suggests are welcome along with not well know historical facts.

Her name would of course depend on her personality or history:)Allenautrey6 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2019 5:24 pm Hello to all my name is Allen Autrey and I am currently in the Navy and stationed at Charleston South Carolina. Corvair guy since 1982. I have personally restored at least 20 Vairs, many of them restored ground up.
Currently working full time repairing Corvairs and restoring old cars.

Yup. My red 65 4-dr came with a small ding in the passengers door. After that, she was known as "Ms Dimples" !
