Your plastic vacuum line from the engine is probably shot, I had to replace mine too. FWIW, turbo engines seem to run hotter than NA ones. Probably has a lot to do with that hot ass turbo being in the engine compartment, mine runs right around 400 as well depending on what outside temps are doing. I pull the lower shrouds during the summer months, then put them back on when it starts to get cool out again. Seems to knock about 50*F out of your head temps, give or take. Let me know if you need any help with the turbo, I rebuild them for board members.
