Knoxville stop over on the way down

Zmax dragstrip NC

Rolling through the Smokey Mountains was a blast

Knoxville was a great stop, we got to park in the grass

Next was Charleston, and they gave up on parking and let us have the bridge!

Norwalk Ohio was a bust, drove all day and got to make one pass at the dragstrip

We were all beat

The next day we huffed it on the Ohio Turnpike to get to Crown point on time

In the QC, an old high school friend got us rock star parking, and I made my own scenic route down rt6 that picked up a whole host of participants that read my post on hotrod.com, it was a cool day for sure.

Last day at the Dells we parked on the concourse man

Here my car getting its coverage shot for the MAG :-)

Here it is back in the drive, 3078 awsome miles and she held in there like a trooper. I have a newfound respect for this little car. She was not ready to call it quits in a barn. This ol girl is a runner, and I am proud to have her in my stable. It led packs of thunderous muscle cars more than a few times. And held it own in the mountains when others were dying on the side of the road from the torturous elevations coupled with traffic jams
