You sure do nice work... almost like building a kit car. The Corvair you had shipped from Pennsylvania only provided some raw materials!

Keep up the good work. I'm sure we are all looking forward to seeing you happily driving the finished project.

Mart,
I am amazed by your determination and fortitude on this project. Your skill is definitely way beyond mine and I'm very jealous. As for the dead beat in Penn, I would love to punch him in the mouth. I'm not sure how someone can sell a car with such shoddy workmanship and still sleep at night. Keep up the work and posts. This is truly an inspiring story!

ooo I love that bit, nothing better than seeing absolutely clean bits going back onto a clean body.

My van is on it's way, engine out, rear suspension off and as soon as front off then strip and clean, stove enamel and start the body work.

I GET SOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just read all 15 pages of this thread. I too got burned on an eBay bondo bucket "honey" last September for $3550 plus shipping. When I called the seller he screamed and insulted me and then posted a negative comment on my feedback. I decided to cut my losses and sell it honestly to someone for a big loss. Like everyone else I am really impressed with what you have done. What's the hour meter up to on this? Carry on!!!

Is that Willow Green or Artesian Turquoise? Looks like artesian turquoise.

Originally Artesian turquoise , but is going to be done in a similar modern Suzuki colour as its cheaper and easier to get hold of over here in UK
