I changed to silicone when installing a whole new system a few yrs ago. A little more $$ but keeps the moisture away and minorwheel cylinder leaks don't kill the paint. My 2cents

Finally got the Brakes bled and working again. Still a little work to be done on the brakes as far as replacing the rubber lines, but it is again drivable. I also still need to cut out the driver's side floor and replace with the beautiful new panel that I have. That's next.

Pulling hard right when braking. The left rotor is in need of turning or replacing. Might be too far gone. Switched rotor sides and pulls hard left, so I'm sure it's the rotor. Anyone have experience with the turned rotors from Clark's? Do they come with bearings already in or will I need to make the switch when it gets here? My local shops that turn rotors say it's too far gone for them to turn. I can order a used turned rotor from Clarks and send them the old one to see if they can do anything with it. The other front rotor is in really good shape and doesn't need any work. Must have been replaced at some point.

Brakes are squared away... Drives nice now. Trans leaks a bit when I park it after driving and stops after a few tablespoons drip. Leak on top of transmission somewhere??
Next, cut out driver's side floor and weld in new pan.

Good to hear that you're continuing your progress and that its driving nice now. :tu: That sucks about the leak. Probably something pretty easy to fix :fingerscrossed:
