Clark's rear spoiler

Post by 91turbo2 »

Anybody use or have pictures of the rear spoiler offered on Clark's? I'm very interested what they look like.

I have used this spoiler a few times. It mounts to the engine cover and just hangs over the 1/4 panels when installed as supplied (as did the Yenko piece it is modeled after). I have installed it that way and also have cut it at the engine lid to 1/4 panel seams and molded it in to the lid and 1/4's. It is an good quality part, not super (it is after all a racing item...a little wavy and a touch thin). I was going to post a photo of one molded in but alas I do not have an angle that will really do you any good. The drawing in Clark's catalog is pretty good actually.

By chance do you have pics of it installed?

I just realized i wasnt specific enough on the spoiler. I was inquiring on the "carrera" style rear spoiler. Here is the link.

I've always loved that spoiler, but never had one. I didn't know it came forward 21 inches though! Hmmmmmm......wonder if it was always like that. I thought they once sold just a small bolt-on spoiler.

That one I have not tried or seen in person. Forgot it even existed.
