The blue coupe seems to be a '63. Suspension design is basically the same as your '60.
The '63 carbs would work to start the '60 engine, if they were cleaned and "rebuilt" with a parts kit but the choke stuff on the '63 carbs would not work at all. I would pick one car and clean it completely and see what you really have. I'd start with the best car and hopefully that's the '63 coupe.
