VIN and data plate

I am trying decode my Data plate and vin plate on my 1965 Canadian Corvair Corsa coupe . I am new to Corvair ownership and want to know what is factory and what was installed by past owner Someone had commented that my car was a clone. Maybe we can put this to rest. Thank you
