Windshield Washers

Windshield washers do not work (wipers work fine). No sound or movement at the washer motor. Is it the switch or the motor……..what’s the best way to check it out?

Thanks all for your responses. Found that everything seemed to be working as it should, so I took it apart and found that the diaphragm was totally destroyed. I ordered a new pump from Clark’s ($112) as the diaphragm alone is not available. Saw that some folks bought a diaphragm from a vintage Corvette parts supplier for $18, but it was tricky to install. Figured the easiest way out was just to get the pump.
