When re-installing the regulator can you install the regulator first then slide the tracks onto the rollers?

After washing the car I opened everything up to air dry. The look reminded me of a Transformer.

Once at a car show at a Chevy dealer, a employee was lookin at my car when she said "I see you have a fire extinguisher but no roll bar."
I said "Well I was hoping it wouldn't catch fire and roll over at the same time."

Said in complete astonishment"The engines in the back!...get the @#%$ outta here..Really?"
