My Uncle used to send us moose sausage every year for Christmas from Palmer, AK. that or flash frozen steel-head or halibut...
According to him the fish was from a need to "thin" the steely or salmon or halibut population... ha ha ha
And the moose... apparently there isn't much left after they tango with trains

Salmon works fine with me. I tried to go snagging a few times this year, didnt get a one. Might try fishin for em next summer, realy just starting to get back into it.

First off - a VERY big Thank You to American Iron for sending me 2 terrific looking Shirts A T-shirt and even a long sleeved work type shirt with the logo on it. They did not show up until the day after I left or I would have worn them while I was in California. THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also a big Thank You to Clark's Corvair for the Gift certificate that Scott presented me with while I was in California . I'm pretty sure it will come in Handy between now and next summer's events . Thanks Cal Clark !
