Tips are on correctly, even tho they are wrong. lol I wired them up so I could use the Corsa to ship out a package. I like the sound. They are a bit more high pitched. Not as loud as the Dynomax SuperTurbos. I think I"m going to like them more than the turbo mufflers. Hopefully later this afternoon, I can run out and grab some hangers. Had to be back in time for wifey to go to an appointment.

Looks good even though they are rotated, at least you rotated them both the right way! :tu:

Thats the way they sit. I can get the driver side to be level, only problem is, it rotates the complete exhaust enough that it will not seal or sit correctly against the exhaust log. I can't get the passanger side anywehre near. :( When I get the guts, I'll throw a new blade on the sawz-all and have at it.

I can get a pic later. They are the universal exhaust hangers that can be clamped onto the exhaust, got the small rubber isolater, than the steel strap with the holes in it. There were already holes in my engine sheet-metal, I used them for the superturbos hangers. I set the extractors where I wanted. Bent the steel strap to where I wanted, than welded the lower part where you are supposed to put a clamp, onto the extractor. I didn't want to be able to see the exhaust clamp from the back of the car. Than bolted the strap to the engine sheet metal. :)

Scott, I forgot to get this pic for you regarding the hanger. I welded it right to the exhaust and bolted it to the engine shroud. I didn't want to clamp it as the clamp may be visible, just a visiual thing. Some say not to mount to the shroud, had my other duals this way for years. Not to mention the holes were already there.

here is what I did -but I know this is no good because they are attached to the body. I need to get them attached to the engine itself, or at least the sheet metal around the engine.

I have used both the large and small tip units. I like both. The ones with the Volkwagonish small tips is much quieter. In any case as noted above you must support them well or they will rotate down after a time. Mount them to the engine sheet metal or head near the back of the head and also make some mounting near the front of them as well, again to the engine sheet metal or head. (do not mount to the body as the motor moves around in operation, you want these to move with the motor).
