Wonder where the radiator is and whether it cools properly. I see no holes in the front panel. looks like maybe its under the trunk floor (panel over it?), and if so does it run hot or not? Rear cooling can be done but is often weak. I have had 2 of these, both were a bit on the hot running side, altho the hacked up racecarish one with most of the front panel removed cooled fairly well (only had issues run hard on hot days).
Corvair guy since 1982. I have personally restored at least 20 Vairs, many of them restored ground up.

I dunno how they're cooling it. Looks like an incomplete project. May be worth a look for someone who had the time!
