Looks nice,but with that modified subrame and the minimal mounting points with the PG set up,I would install cable teathers to retain the drivetrain in case of a accident,you dont want the V8 coming at you from behind!Mike

Finally got all moved. We moved our 65 convertible to my new place and my dads 68 Vair-8 to his house. I have a lot of unpacking to do before I can start working on the car again but meanwhile my dad is going to work on his 68 since its at his house now. Might have to start a new post for his progress.

Thanks for the interesting photos of your instrument cluster mods. What is the instrument brand and series? Do you have a Web link for a good source? Any tips on making the modifications and adaptations?

Dad finished fitting spark plug wires. Taking car to shop where my headers were made to install cooling system.

Been a while since last post been working on my dads V8. Just got mine back from body shop with all dents filled, rust replaced and lower windshield replaced. Planning on painting after I install cooling system.

Can I get the specs on how you made the back side of that dash?
I have a similar project that is stumping me right now.
