CORSA Convention - Rules for Autocross & Tech Inspection

If you have signed up to participate in the convention autocross at the Stafford Motor Speedway on July 25, are you aware that under CORSA rules you are expected to classify your own car in advance?
It’s easy to do, and even fun if you have never taken a look at your car with autocross classification in mind.
Just go to the following page on the CORSA web site, download the Autocross Rules, and take a look at the section covering classification:

Also, shown below is a preliminary copy of the tech inspection form mentioned in the rules:

Technical Inspection and Classification Form
Driver's Name_____________________________
Vehicle____________________ Assigned Autocross #_________
Classification_______ (Self-classified, see CORSA Autocross Rules)
Car must be presented for inspection with all items checked by driver. Inspectors will check for compliance before vehicle can be driven on track.
Exterior:
Number visible on left side.
Wheels:
Hub caps/trim rings off; Lug nuts tight.
Tires: No visible damage; 1/16" minimum tread on D.O.T. tires
Interior:
No loose items in trunk or interior of car.
Suspension:
Sufficient shock damping.
Check bearings, ball joints, clearances.
Brakes:
Hoses, master cylinder full.
Hard-Harder test.
Seatbelts:
Metal to metal connections. Belts installed securely.
Comp. class cars require min. 4 point harness with 3" webbing.
Engine compartment:
No fluid leaks.
Throttle-action & return.
Battery: Secure
Helmet:
Snell 2000 or newer.
