Missed out on a sweet '64 'vert

Post by VairFreak »

Well, damn. I got outbid on a '64 Monza convertible over the weekend. :banghead: Apparently, it was in better condition than I had originally thought. I was willing to spend $4,750, thinking that I was going to have to put somewhere in the neighborhood of $4K into it to recondition. I guess that's the only problem with ebay. A picture really didn't do this car justice.

This car sold for $5,500, which IMO, is still not bad but had I been able to appraise the vehicle up close and personal, I may have upped my bid and made the purchase.

Oh, well.......next time. :fingerscrossed:
