Great service from Corvair Ranch

Usually folks are quick to post about problems with vendors, but you rarely hear about good service.

For the first time I bought some used parts from the Corvair Ranch. Working with Jeff was good. Pictures were sent of parts and my questions answered. Prompt shipping and parts arrived on time.

Why is this my first dealing with Corvair Ranch? I had heard of the Corvair Ranch, but they don't have an online catalog and are a long way from me and I try to support my local vendor. I could not find the parts I needed anywhere and I contacted the Corvair Ranch. They had what I needed and it was a good experience!!

I am happy to hear of your Positive experience regarding the Corvair Ranch as it does not surprise me.
Most of my interactions with Jeff and his staff have been positive ones.
Fortunately I live close enough to the Ranch to complete transactions in person.

Last year year I contacted Jeff about some parts. At some point in our conversation some wires got crossed and he went ahead and sent the parts even though I had not paid yet. In this time my situation changed and I could not use them at the time. I contacted Jeff again ant let him know the situation and he took back the parts that he had spent time and money to pack well and send to me.

I share this this because it is easy to give good service when everything goes according to plan but much more impressive when you still get that service when things have not gone to plan.

I hope to repay that good service in the future by send my business his way whenever I can.

I too have had good luck dealing with Jeff; I bought some stuff from him for the first time a year or two ago and made another order last fall. He's quick to respond through email and gets stuff out fast, and he knows his Corvairs and can make recommendations from experience.
