sound EM Wheel and Tire combo

Hi Everyone, I know this question has come up in one form or another many times, but Im looking for your informed advice on a tire and wheel COMBINATION for a 63 monza. I regrettable dont understand all the technical terms of offset and backspacing and want to make sure I get something that wont rub the fenders or suspension and wont affect handling in a bad way. looking to upsize the wheels to either 15s or 16s from the stock 13s. Much appreciated!
