I inherited 12 Corvairs last week
Hi I'm a new guy here.
My dad passed away recently, leaving me his 12 Corvairs. I can't keep them all. All are located in Arizona, and most of them are rust free project cars. There is a 63 Spyder convert that is an original paint survivor, a 63 Spyder coupe that needs work, a pair of 62 Monza coupes with consecutive serial numbers, a 64 Monza coupe, 2 or 3 late models, and a bunch of others. I'm going to hang on to the 63 Spyder convert. It hasn't been driven in many years, so I am working on getting it roadworthy. I'm re-doing the brake hydraulics, pushrod tube seals, greasing the front and rear wheel bearings, rebuilding the carbs, lubricating everything, and installing new tires that dad bought before he passed.
I'm open to all the helpful advice and suggestions you may have. Here are some pics.

You will probably notice it has dual exhaust. The turbo set up was removed for rebuilding and is here. It has dual carbs and exhaust to keep it running in the meantime.

From what I call "major" styles. I don't have a '68 or '69 convertible either or a '66 Turbo Corsa or '66 Turbo Corsa convertible I do have a '66 A/C Corsa and a '65 Turbo convertible.

So, you can remove the turbo and run two carbs?
Is there anything else that needs to ne changed? Exhaust, etc.
Thank you!

You have to change the exhaust, the RH engine shrouding and distributor.

- 80hp 145 CI (8:1 Compression Ratio)
- 84hp 145 CI (9:1 CR) (Powerglide Transmission)
- 102hp 145 CI (9:1 CR) (High Performance Camshaft
- 150hp Turbo 145 CI (8:1 CR) (Turbo Engine Camshaft)
Installing stock Rochester HV 1-barrel carburetors and associated linkage on turbo heads still leaves you with no provision for a vacuum balance tube between the intake manifolds, and no associated normally aspirated engine Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system. The stock turbo distributor lacks a vacuum advance and correct centrifugal advance for a normally aspirated engine. Also, the are no automatic choke control coils on the turbo heads. The turbo oil return passageway in the right head should be plugged, and of course the right sheet metal shroud is a mismatch, and a new exhaust system is needed. This leaves you with a low compression ratio engine with a turbo camshaft (see page 44 of the attached 1963 Chevrolet Corvair GM Heritage Center Specs for camshaft valve lift and timing differences).
Many of the components needed could likely be found from a source like the Corvair Ranch in Gettysburg, PA. https://corvairranch.com/
