Odd backfire

My 64 110 4 speed will backfire through the driver-side carburetor while ascending a grade AND slightly letting OFF on the gas. I checked for vacuum leaks by spraying carb fluid and did not get any "hits". Got any ideas? Other than this, good. note might occasionally backfire under other conditions, but this is the main.

I would start with adjusting valves.
