Newbee’ 65 Monza need front park brake cable and tranny dipstick leaking oil

My next door mech Brad finally over the flu and put the 65 miles are up on the lift. Found brake cable broken forward of the bridal about 8 inches. Also found tranny fluid leaking past dipstick due to worn out rubber seal.
Does anyone know how long the cable replacement will take in hours /shop time? Also cost of cable and where it can be obtained.
Thanks gang - the reason I need to know shop time is the cable replacement is on the previous owner/dealer and has no estimate of time due to tunnel old rustu bolts etc. .Looking forward to your help.
