Considering the government's need for money, the size of the national debt, etc., the day may come where the government begins to tax each person for BREATHING the air!!!

I'm 71 & remember gas being under 30 cents a gallon, your windshield was washed, oil was checked, headlights were wiped off, you didn't have to get out of your car & the air was free. :dontknow:

:whoa: :guitar: In 1971 I worked at a Mobil gas station in Westlake Village, California. At Jack Galley's Mobil, about two to three uniformed attendants converged on each customer's car. One would pump the gas and check under the hood. A second person would clean ALL of the windows — front, back and sides! The third person would check the tire pressures and tire condition on all four corners. The SERVICE station owner demanded this kind of service for each and every customer!

We also handed out S&H Green Stamps for every purchase!
