The chart referred to above is incorrect where it indicates that the 1965 Monza and Corsa interior code 798 is "Ivory". As shown in the chart below (from the 1965 Chevrolet Corvair GM Heritage Center Specs) indicates that code 798 is a two color black and white combination, with the carpet and instrument panel black.

With a little help from my Daughter we layed out the Yenko stripe

FLat White was SO the right choice instead of the usual black.

I decided this car need a center console and drink holders (front and rear)
this is 16ga steel (cause i have lots)

First test fit, seems like I imagined it

Rust coating done. Now it needs the wooden drink holder inserts, the top hinged cover, and it's white and black fabric covering.

and finally, got the Frunk mostly sorted out

Man Steve, where did you get a hold of that nice long anvil? I bet that comes in handy for doing sheet work! Btw the stripe is looking good.

I've been making armor for more than 25 years so I have a bit... that is called a beakhorn, I also have a blowhorn which is the stake used for making trumpets and other wind instruments. I have about a dozen or two homemade stakes specifically for the components that I make, so yeah hand metalworking wise I've got lots of toys

Solved the harsh downshifting into 1st.... The Vacuum modulator works WAY better when the connector hose is actually connected.... MUCH smoother now... LOL

The engine is running better than ever but there is still a slight "lope" when sitting at stoplights/signs. Occasional misfires as well...
