Yes new owner Dan Oflynn ( I think that is who) snatched this one up. I hope I was able to help.

I can see the mirrors but I would like to see the front wheel drive set up.

Is it worth sending out to do a restoration? I have no time to do one myself but my gut tells me that I'd be way past my $15K budget by the time I got finished. Usually better to buy the one that the last guy is losing money on rather than being that guy.

Maybe not a totally smokin' deal, but.......interesting for sure!

1963 Corvair Monza 900 - $6500 (long beach)
90% Restored and Rebuilt 1963 Corvair Monza 900 Convertible. Classic Automobile. Car has 0 miles on completely rebuilt engine, transmission, and differential. 4 speed manual transmission. Has 1964 camber compensator to prevent roll over and wheel tuck. Interior is new, including: seat covers, carpet, convertible top, door panels, heater hoses, and dashboard cover. All are to original appearance.

Nearly every nut and bolt in the car has been either replaced with new or has been cleaned and protected against corrosion. New paint inside and out. New seals, new reproduction labels and decals, excellent chrome, new brakes and much more.

I worked on this car night and day to restore it to its present point. I have purchased virtually every part to make it like a brand new car. However, I ended up running out of time because of other priorities. Now I am out of both time and energy to continue with this project. I am very disappointed to let this car go because it is a bitchin classic aircooled car!

I don't know if this is a real 140 horse.....that fan looks a bit ancient. Seems like a fair deal, although they are always a gamble. I'd say worth every penny and then some! Check out those headers! :guitar:
