Thanks, but I've scanned my computer for malware and found nothing. I frequent one other forum on a regular basis and the tags only appear here.
Not sure what to tell you. Ads are turned off for all logged in members on this site.

I never log in unless i am posting. Might have something to do with that. Before logging IN, I found this. After logging in, it is gone.

That's it. The site has ads but they are only visible to guests.

There are ads that have always turned off when logged on, but those Blue Tags just started 2-3 weeks ago.

I have been and and still am getting the blue tags on the Recent Posts page logged in - or not. Then on an actual page I'm getting these like the "Sedan" (circled in red in image). When the cursor is moved over them the cursor turns into the hand with an index finger (as in "click here") but there is no address indicator in the lower left screen identifying where I would be directed - IF - I click on it.
I have Windows Defender going all the time. The latest scan a few days ago found nothing and this had been going on 2-3 weeks now.
Only on this site. I'll clear my cookies and do a FULL scan and report back.

OK, I did a Defender Offline scan, I did a Defender FULL scan, I deleted all my Cookies etc., - and the blue tags are still there! Then after I logged in to post this they were gone when Duplicating the page. Image is AFTER the Offline/Full Scan (Clean) and Cookie Delete but before Log In.

Seems the problem is back.
1) Received a couple of "Too Many Requests" again.
2) Very slow today moving from one posting to another. Was OK early this morning.
3) Cannot view Wittsend's last two screengrabs (just words); they were visible yesterday.
4) My reply in this topic has disappeared again while trying to post it. You would think I would remember to copy the whole reply before trying to post it, just in case. This time I will.
PS: Now Wittsend's screengrabs are visible; go figure. Maybe Scott is working on the site now?

Still the same problem: Too Many Requests.
Shows 2 registered users online along with 317 "guest" users.

After scan - cookie delete - Blue Tag Still There Before Log In (seemingly gone after log In).JPG
Again. Yes, you will see ads when you are not logged in.

Further investigation revealed lots of site activity coming from foreign countries. Mainly Singapore. I have banned that entire country and many more. Hopefully that stops it.

I find it easy to be logged in automatically to avoid the ads. Click the Remember Me box when logging in. Thank you, Scott!
