Looking at The 1960-1969 Corvair -Authenticity Series it shows:

64 0627 WR is 1964 Spyder 2-door built at Willow Run, MI
916 is Daytona Blue (metallic)
732 is "Blue Medium metallic blue vinyl leather"
'66 Monza Convertible 110hp Powerglide

That number would be on the differential. Left side. It will have one of the three, HG - 3:27, HJ - 3:55 or HL - 3:89.

Hi all, the engine # TO212YR is in my spyder. Does that meen that I have a number matching car/eng.? Thanks .

Yes, that would be as close as you get for a "numbers" matching car. The Corvair did not have the VIN stamped on the case until later years, so a correct date code and engine suffix is as close as it gets...and yours appears to be original.
