Good day to everyone!
I posted here as I was starting my restoration and you all are awesome in sharing what you know. I have a 1966 Corvair Monza that I purchased last Christmas. It was in good shape but like cars of its age had rust in normal places and a not so pretty paint job. I have the body work done so now on to the power systems. What I am looking for advice on is the replacement or update of the electrical system and the fuse box. Are there turnkey solutions or a full replacement that you would suggest?
Pics of progress follow. Original color as purchased
After bodywork
Thanks in advance for any assistance/response.

Re: Electrical system upgrade and restoration update.
Not sure what wiring you're thinking of upgrading, but for a replacement fuse panel you might consider these:

Re: Electrical system upgrade and restoration update.
Love the dark blue (Cobalt Blue?) color you've chosen for your Monza. The only thing I would have changed (personal preferance) would be to adopt the Corsa Silver found on original 1965-66 Corsas and on a number of Chevrolet products from that period. I think the contrasting silver would look great in contrast to the dark blue body!

Thanks this is what I am needing to start with. Is Clark’s the best place to get the wiring harness? And I will call the mfg but if you know the difference between the led and non-led version.

LED version would be used if you are going to use LED lights in your car, as the Blinker relays for them are different vs Conventional Bulbs. The wiring its self should be the same.
