Can I get recommendations on shops that will refinish / rebuild my corsa gauge cluster?

Never had to use this guy but have heard good things about him.

Tom Knoblauch of American Flat 6 sells a very nice aluminum mounting plate for the LM Monza gage clusters.
I have a set of Seth’s plates. His are for the 65-66 Corsa gage clusters.

An interesting website that I had not heard of before...

The website appears to show a lot of developmental and experimental work. I did not see much in the way of proven outcome or results, though. I looked through the entire website but I did not see any mention of the previously referred to aluminum mounting plate for the LM Monza gauge clusters.

Tom Knoblauch of American Flat 6 has a good rep on the other corvair website for his large valve 110 head work.....
