Re: ENTER - Corvair of the Month January 2016
Back for more, my 65 CORSA clone. I've had all the engine tins powder coated and blocked off the fresh air hose with DaveMotohead's kit for a cleaner looking engine compartment.
Getting close to cutting over to Ray Sedman's DIS then eventually to his EFI as well. I've also replaced most of the rubber trim and next on the docket is Clark's molded carpet kit, which may now have to wait after the missus spent 3 days in the hospital to end the year.
Degreeing the cam:
Yes, it's really an ISKY 280.
Added some hidden speakers and cleaned up the look of the rear package area behind the back seat. Seats have fabric centers for comfort in the hot summer months.

Maybelline is our 1st Corvair purchased in 2005. 110hp on PG with A/C , power top and remote mirror. We should have done this decades ago!

Re: ENTER - Corvair of the Month January 2016
No offense intended! Stocko wacko is the term I've seen used here and other forums for the guys that prefer to keep their cars as original as possible. There is certainly nothing wrong with that and I appreciate good, original cars. I also see customs that make me want to puke. My personal preference for any car that I own is to tweak it to my liking to suit my taste and driving style. Different strokes for different folks

Hi, How do you 'vote"? This is where to "Enter" but I don't see anywhere to "vote". Is there a different link to vote or where are the radio buttons to vote?
Thanks
Thanks

We're slow starting off this year but when voting is open you'll see that radio button selection list appear at the top of this thread.
