Ganue60, where did you find four spoke Cragars for your Caveman car? Those must be incredibly rare!

Re: Vote for Corvair of the Month APRIL 2015
This morning I posted this on several Facebook Corvair group pages to try to attract the crowds to the Corvair Forum and to the April COTM!

After only three days of voting, three Corvairs are tied in a three-way race to the finish line! Nine votes cast so far with 33% going to each Corvair, and it is anybody's guess as to the final outcome. It's Early vs. Late. Caveman Coupe vs. Corsa Convertible.
So visit the Corvair Forum and take a look around. Cast your votes and let everyone know how you feel.

Norm, I found them in Cali last year, and yes they are very rare.....took me 3 yrs to find a set. I did find 2 wheels in junk yard before I found these. So now I have 6:)

Tough to pick one guys. All are nice cars in their own ways. Good luck to all.

Re: Vote for Corvair of the Month APRIL 2015
When in doubt, and if the car in question is not a bow-wow - I will always vote for the 1965 model. '65 was one of those watershed years where everybody introduced new styles, new bodies, improved features, or what-have-you. I've never owned a 1965 Chrysler product, although a friend of mine in high school had a 1965 Plymouth Fury I - the base level pf the series, but a nice-looking car, well-featured and had the 318 V8 that was more than capable of moving out very smartly. I've owned two '65 Corvairs (Monza 2DR hardtop coupe and Corsa turbo drop-top), a '65 Continental convertible sedan, and a '65 Rambler Ambassador 990 convertible coupe.
Truth be told...I loved them all, but I still hanker for another Ambassador convertible. That car was as solid as a Packard, quiet as a churchmouse and had way more power than one would expect - and optioned as opulently as a Buick or a Lincoln.
