...you turn this nut?

I was digging through the shop manual and came across the item below...

I am to curious.

I'm thinking that if you turn the nut the car will teleport directly to Ralph's front yard....maybe...could happen.

What do you think?

I just went outside and turned that nut. Does the regulator still have to be on the car to see the results?

that's the same nut (but,painted black) that H Clinton gave to the Russian to reset...if you turn that button,you automatically become a russian subject......
