Valve Covers sanded down, primered and painted:

Oil pan also sanded down, primered and painted:

Alternator is not an original one but actually out of a Ford of some kind.
The brackets made is okay looking and i checked it and it works like a charm.
So i got it all cleaned up and gave it a touch with the Eastwood Paint made for components like alternators and such.
Bad photo but looks brand new out of the box, it will do okay

Thanks Scott :tu:
Been doing much work with all the little bits and pieces so most of the parts are ready to install when the car is painted.
But i can tell that the bodywork has started now, i have been pulling lots of hours in front luggage compartment.
So hopefully there will be some difference on the body within the weeks :).

Waiting on front suspension parts and gaskets on the engine for now

Project is full ahead, sorry for not posting.
But been welding, welding, and even more welding.
The car had some real surprises going......
95% done with the rustrepair, and im getting there slowly :).

Have trouble with some Corvair vendors that dont care much about overseas customers.

If anyone have a upper control arm for the passanger side and both strut rods than i would gladly buy them from you.
I can have the car on the ground with these parts really soon now...
Have paypal and would love som Corvair help from you guys :tu:

The inside floor painted, well at least 70% of it.
The rest will get a different touch.
Good to finally have a rust free floor!

Nevermind the sticker on the roll bar, it will die when the bar goes to paint

Looking for good used since most of these things will have a date with the spray gun
Looks like a gentleman on here have all the parts i need :).

As soon as a control arm is in house i can finally put the car back on the ground and on its own four wheels since the end of the 80s :tu:

So, the well known cat is out of the bag:
In the next issue of Bilsport Magazine (biggest car magazine in Scandinavia) there will be a project article on the Corvair.

And today they put some updates on their page.
So boys and girls: This is the final rendering on my project and is set to debut in some very short months.
