1965 Monza Convertible - Nothing special, but means a lot

I currently added a 1965 Monza Convertible to my growing stable of Corvairs. Although not a special car to Corvair collectors, it has some special meaning to me. In May 1965 when I was just a year old my Dad purchased a 1965 white 110 PG Corvair Monza convertible. My Dad was a very practical man and grew up in the depression and I always wondered why at age 38 he chose to purchase a convertible. It was my Mom's car but my sister who was 17 also drove the car. I remember at 5 yrs old riding in the "scary car" with my sister. I remember the car would stall and keep running at certain traffic lights. I was petrified of that car but loved going shopping with my big sister. Unfortunately my sister crashed the car in 1970 or 71. It was not totaled but the insurance called the accident a total loss so far as value was concerned.

Since 1996 I've owned several Corvairs, all 66 models, including 3 convertibles (2 Monzas and 1 Corsa) and a Monza coupe but I've always wanted to find the same car my Dad bought (he passed away in 2008). Recently on Craigs List I came across what I believe could be the same car. I don't know the original VIN or have any documentation on the car he bought but this car has the same options and was produced about the same time. My question to experts out there is as follows. What or how common was this car? Is there any way to determine this based on the options on this car? How many were produced with this year, make, model, paint, interior and options? I know a lot of other cars you can determine how many cars were produced with certain options, color and interior.

I'd really appreciate if another member could let me know just how common this exact optioned car is and possibly a rough idea of how many were produced.

Here are some general production statistics. 26,466 1965 Monza convertibles were produced, plus another 679 were built in Canada.

Thanks this is very helpful. I just wish the RPO showed body and interior color stats. The only uncommon option on this car was the power convertible top which was only ordered on 4.23% of all Corvairs, not just Monzas. It's hard to determine how many power tops were ordered on Monza's that were Ermine white with black interior and the options listed below.

Here are the options and percentages based on how the car is equipped. How can I figure out how many cars came with ALL these options? I know I have seen with other GM cars where the owners have a drill down list of how common their car is by option. Can this be done with Corvairs?
