Corvair 4x4 Dune Buggy

I have a custom Dune Buggy with a 1965 Corvair engine and drivetrain. I would like to make it into a 4-wheel drive / 4x4 / 4wd.

Has anyone ever seen such a combination?

Ive been doing a little more research on my issue. I came across something I want to ask you about. it is a 60's Pontiac Tempest transmission. I attached a few links that I found.
