Can someone tell me what, if any difference there is in the doors of a LM coupe
Looking for a drivers side door for a 69.

Yes. There were run changes through the 65-69 doors. Biggest is the 65/66 door hinges, mounting points on the door are different. IIRC, you will need 68/69 doors.

Not sure when the hinges changed but 65 was definately different than 69.
Some later doors will likely fit the 69.
Another difference was the location of the mounting holes for the armrests but I think you can just redrill.
