Rampside removing the vent windows

Hi all,

I'm removing the vent windows in my Rampside. I'm going with one solid window to fill the hole. I already have the two new vertical guides built, but I'm having massive trouble using the stock/modified single-point regulator. It's just too much glass to lift without binding and rotating the window.

Has anyone out there seen, heard, or know of anyone that has done this to a forward control cab? The main problem is there is VERY LITTLE room to work inside that door. The stock glass barely fits as it is.

I'm sure I'll have to go with a 3 point scissor lift...

Just wanting to put it out there to see if there are any tips, tricks, or ideas you might have.
