FS 1964 Spyder Coupe

Making more room for a special project that will be coming home in a few months…

Selling my 1964 Spyder Coupe. Probably one of the nicest Spyders you will find.

To start, this is THE car featured in Richard Lentinello’s book Corvair Style (pgs 84-87 - same exact car/VIN, was owned by Steve Davis at the time). Bare-metal restoration 10+ years ago and it still looks amazing. Painted in a beautiful color to resemble Azure Aqua - but nicer. Factory tinted glass. The car must be appreciated in person. Wins shows everywhere I take it.

When featured in Corvair Style the car sported a set of Kelsey Hayes knock-offs but those wheels were replaced by the PO with the current set of Dayton wire knock-offs and Diamond tires (wheels/tires three years old). The car runs great, and drives like a turbo Spyder should.

Excellent paint & chrome. Excellent interior, including new dash pad, custom CoCoMats floor mats and Aurora-converted radio - which is amazing.
