Internal Server Error

Site has been slow since last night 4/24 and have gotten this error alot:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@corvairforum.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hmmm, I restarted computer because of another program issue, and hey, this issue has not returned.

Its caused by the server company doing maintenance.

I was wondering what was going on...
Yesterday and Today I had to "Log In" rather than having the site "Remember Me" as it usually does.....It's all Good.
These days a bad day on the Corvair Forum is just so much better than a good day on the CCF.

P.S.
It just ceases to amaze me how just one individual can completely destroy something due to EGO!
I suggest that, that individual be Voted OUT in the current elections and shown the DOOR!

The error started right after I posted a discussion at 7:43 am. So they are doing maintenance at 8 in the morning. Not a good time JMO.

I read this post a few days ago. I had not had any issues until this morning. My upload time was very slow on any topics. I cleared my cookies and did a restart and
have not had any troubles since then. I am waiting and watching for any new problems. So far so good.

I guess I'm the only one who thinks that this is the result of sunspots temporarily affecting the communication satellites.
This is not the only site that I've experienced slowdowns with...

For what it is worth, I have received this message twice in the past twenty minutes:
I took a Screenshot and attempted to post it but for some reason was unable to do so even after making it smaller.
Here is my attempt to recreate what I saw:

General Error

I'm just guessing at the source of these error messages and server time delays. Many users have migrated over from the CORSA website to the Corvair Forum. We are seeing a significant increase in the number of posts each day, and the average number of network server logons at any given time may also have increased significantly. It is possible that the Corvair Forum network server is reaching a user threshold with all of the additional Corvair enthusiasts that may be logging on to the network at any given time. Computer processing delays may, occasionally, cause time-out error messages to pop up as additional subscriber load increases put some strain on the system.
