Andrea: it was very nice to see you again after all these years since your visit to my home. I am glad you made the trip from Maryland to the Springfest to see this fun gathering of Vair owners. Nice that you won a couple awards for your effort though having the bad luck award is not one to strive for. You need to post that award also, so all can see what you got for your troubles.

The Award "Rewards" for the Longest DIstance driven in a Corvair to the event, and the Hard Luck award were both Clark's Corvair Gift Certificates. One was $50.00 and the other was $100.00 and will be put to good use....maybe even a Fuel Pump once they become available.

Darn, I gave the club something to make into a hard luck award. It was a sizable and recognizable piece from a Vair. But small and light enough to carry. Guess they didn't want to have a unique award.
