62' Corvair Rampside

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to this forum. I've been interested in buying a corvair truck for a long time now and one has come along locally. all I know is it's a 62, it runs, it's a ramp side, manual, and has over 100k miles. the guy is selling it because he can no longer drive.

My question is, about how much would you expect to pay for this thing sight unseen? they are asking 10k. Then, what would be some things to look for on these trucks when inspecting before purchasing?

Where are you and where is this Rampside?

Indeed, we like doing inspections for newbies.

$10K might be fair...there are so many factors.

The most important variable is how much rust?

Please post more pictures of everything you can.

There are plenty more Rampsides for sale...how far are you willing to travel?
